I know the Dutch gov’t banned the sale of fresh magic mushrooms as of 1 December 2008, but is it still legal to buy/sell the grow kits?
Basically yes. The home grow kits are allowed. Still if one has the intention to sell or spread the harvest, growing them is illegal. As for many things allowed at home you should keep it from anyone to see I guess.

it is if they banned the drug. thats like saying you cant posses the drug but your trying to grow it which means you possess the drug. mushrooms are hard to grow with those kits. its better to pick the wild ones. personally i dont think it should be illegal. you cant get addicted to them and your tolerance grows so fast for them you cant do them all the time. its a conasuer drug if you ask me.
