i already know a few, like anthropologie and urban outfitters, but a cheaper store would be nice. All the cheap stores i know besides thrift stores are kind of boring.
Definitely Forever21.
I shop at Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie too (so I know what you mean about cheaper, haha).
Forever 21 has lots of stuff LIKE the stuff at Urban Outfitters, but I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 20 dollars on a single piece there, unlike UO and Anthropoligie where you have to wait for everything to go on clearance just to buy more than a few things.
Forever 21 is also not boring at all. The ones by me are really big, but you can search forever and ever and always come out with a billion things you like and CAN AFFORD.
I only discovered Forever 21 recently, too, after all my friends told me how much they loved it.

Thrift stores, charity shops etc. Go to those in rich areas and get clothes from major designers, often unworn or worn once, for pennies. My wife keeps getting asked about her clothes, none of them cost her more than a pair of nike socks lol
